Gingery Green

This is one of my go-to combinations! I find myself chugging this when I make it because it really feels like I’m feeding my body 20 glasses of water in one juice. I always pour my juices over ice, and usually in a mason jar if I’m on the go:) This juice is great for fighting off heart disease, inflammation, and migraines! And a perfect way to start your day.

Ingredients:

  • 3 inches of ginger (I peel as much skin as I can off of the ginger root)

  • 1 head of romaine lettuce

  • 6 celery sticks

  • 3 kale leaves (I rolled them up and then stuck them into the juicer)

  • 1 lemon (I peeled off the yellow outer part, and left the white squishy part around the lemon. They say the white around the lemon is packed with nutrients! I also take the seeds out.)

  • 1 gala apple
